Default Clutch system issues

So yesterday I removed my master cylinder and rebuilt it with the genuine Nissan rebuild kit. Sealed it all up and tossed it back in the car. Went about bleeding the clutch system and spent plenty of time doing it and had no luck (multiple hours spent on it). I eventually gave up and tried again today using the hand pump oiler method, filling the system with brake fluid from the bleeder valve on the bottom until it begins to top off at the reservoir to purge all the air. Did this multiple times and absolutely no change in pedal feel.

The pedal drops straight to the floor and will not return. There's a very, very slight amount of pressure at the bottom inch or so of travel but beyond that there is nothing and it has to be pulled up from the floor. There are no visible leaks anywhere and the system is holding fluid fine. When the pedal is actuated to the floor, the slave cylinder IS moving, although I'm not sure how far the slave is supposed to move on these cars and it's only moving about .75"-1" from watching the boot going into the transmission.

Before I took the master out and rebuilt it, everything was working okay. The clutch was sticking slightly, mostly on some of the Super cold days, and I just wanted to beat it before it became a problem. It was a little slow to return if you were quick-shifting but definitely driveable. Now, nothing.

Sounds like air is still in the system?

Did you clean and rebuild the slave as well?
