Default Throttle Body Spacer

HI i was looking into getting a throttle body spacer for my 350z and i was wondering if it actually worked, iv heard the throttle body spacer sends the air from the air intake into a swirling tornado? if any of you guys have tried one yet please give me some feedback on how it worked and if it really worked? THANK YOU

by adding extra air, you are going to overheat?

Bunch of diks. OP I have two throttle body spacers. Butt dyno states I increased my hp plus it sounds like a v10. Say No to the plenum spacer you have to remove top part of your engine which you will have to worry about over heating issues

I actually tried putting 3x TB spacers. No increase over the two that 2004black is running. So i dropped it back down to two. I did notice a decrease in intake temperatures and my tires spun a lot more coming out of first gear

Did you go normal spacer, the one with the vortex generators, than back to smooth? If you didn't you messed up, gota clean up the air after the tb,then spin it to a clean flow again for more power.

And I put on a plenum spacer on once melted my engine harness. Luckily I had a carb I just bolted to the intake mani til I could install a new one.

Votex-Normal-Vortex. I figured the venturi effect would come into play by doing this, but I was wrong.
The carb is a great idea. I think a slant-6 carb has a pretty close bolt pattern to the intake manifold...just bore out the bolt hole a little bit. I'm assuming you would have to lower the jets not to run rich
