08 Z random cylinder missfire issue

i have a 08 Z thats having a random cylinder missfire issues. can anybody think of what the problem could be? coils are okay.

Generally a misfire will generate a CEL, no service engine soon light on?

Also look at all the other threads in this forum regarding misfires. Check all the stuff mentioned by others.
