Default CEL ON!!! NO air coming out from vents!

HI everyone, couple days ago I was driving on a rainy day everything normal and I step on it and it reaches 150-160km afterward both of my TCS OFF, SLIP and CEL light came on! So I parked my car and turn it off for like 15 mins, switch it on and the TCS OFF and SLIP light are off. But the CEL light still on and I found out there aren't no wind coming out from my AC vents when I switch on the Fan switch. And I opened my hood and found out both of my fans are not working.

So these couple days I drive local car runs great, temperature didn't goes up except no fan no wind from the vents. I wonder if I am still OK to drive it to the shop which is half an hour away without my fans working??? I check the fuse box in front of the battery and I don't see any fuse are blown... should I check the relay and how can I tell if those relays are not working? Also other than this fuse box any other fuses I should be checking? Thanks.

Run a code reader and tell us what codes you have

Umm your radiator fans have nothing to do with your climate control.

So are you saying your engine fans aren't working or are you saying your climate control fan isnt working? If your engine is normal operating temps you should be able to turn on your a/c and one of your radiator fans should turn on.

OK problem fixed fans are working just it won't turn on right after I switch on my car... because weather here recently is kind of cold. ALso CEL light up because some electrically wire got loose... cleared the code no more cel... I guess car getting old something loose when the road is bumpy...
