Default Valve stem seals, didn't want to revive old thread

I have been looking through the old thread of all that's involved in the procedure, but I was still left with some questions. I've never done anything of this caliber before. So I wanted to get a solid breakdown before I even remove one bolt.

Anything special to consider when doing this procedure on a VQ35DETT?

Johnwigs mentioned you had to remove some timing components, which components exactly do I need to remove first to prepare to remove the cams?

And what things need to be done to reinstall these components as far as redoing the timing itself, etc

You basically need to get a copy of the fsm. Your doing a cam job and removing the valvesprings. At least a 20 hr job. Timing cover and chain removal.
