As title says - please help find a rogue Sam Zawahra from GTM power who has stolen $2,084.12 from me.

I have ordered their stage 4 fuel system in August 2014. And guess what - they have not shipped it yet.

Sam told me numerous times that they are finishing new pump, testing the fuel pressure, and tomorrow, tomorrow, next week, next week for sure!.....

When I was finally fed up with this I told him to refund the payment I made with credit card. He told me OK. This was followed up with with two days of lies about he hasnt received my email, his computer is rebooting, they have an unstable internet connection and so on.

Now they dont reply to my dozens of emails, they dont pick up the phone anymore for more than a week...




If anybody has contact info with Sam or Pablo or any other guy from GTM - please let me know.

Sorry dude your probably f'ed and wont see that money for a long time if ever. Call your credit card people and tell them whats going on that is your best bet at this point.

There are lines of people over here who lost $10K+, I would contact your credit card/ bank and see if they can help you.

 

Make a claim with your credit card company. Let them know you were the victim of fraud. In most cases, they will reverse the charges and sell the debt to a collection agency (who will then chase the seller).

 

THIS. My Amex would reverse the charge on the spot, and I'd never hear about it again.

 

Dude, if that's all you lost consider yourself lucky...he stole parts of my car totaling 5k....he built a full storker engine that blew after ten minutes on the dyno and took 1.5 yrs to fk it all up...its been 4 yrs now and my car is elsewhere undergoing rebuilding..he fkd me of 10k+ and 1.5 yrs of time...get in line to cut his head off...
