Can I simply buy one of the positive battery terminal ends and replace?

Can I simply buy one of the positive battery terminal ends and replace?

Anybody ever replaced the battery terminal ends? The negative looks standard, but the positive has the fuse box attached. Can I just buy one of the adapter/ends at an auto parts store?

Yes, I did this on my wife's MDX.
AutoZone has a heavy duty one with set screw for $18. Gl

Yeah they sell those type of terminals that the fuse box piece can still attach to, I have to replace them all the time at work.
