Default New Clutch Making Noise

So I put in a new clutch today in my 2003 350z and after starting it I heard a noise coming from the tranny. I put a brand new oem clutch and resurfaced the twin disc at a local machine shop. New throwout bearing (Yes I greased it). The noise is more of a whine and only does it with the clutch disenganged. With it pressed down it doesnt make noise. The higher the rpm the louder the whine. Some people say its normal for the first few hundered miles. Havent drove the car yet.
