Default ARP bolts & Crankshaft question

Hey.

I'm doing a N/A build in the upcoming winter. Been gathering parts and searching information in advance.

Changing ARP bolts and Clevite bearings to crankshaft, regaring the bolts, is there anything I should take into account? Is there going to be any issues regarding the bolts & crank counterweights/webs?

Didnt find anything on the forums nor in the wonderful world of internet.

Thanks in advance.

As long as the ARP crankshaft bolts are specific to the VQ35DE, you shouldn't have any problem. But until you pull the crank, mag it and check for any issues with the journals, how will you know what size bearings to buy? Your machine shop may have to take a little off to clean up any damage as well as micro polish the surface once again- and that could lead to you needing oversize bearings to compensate.

Thanks for your reply. Ok so the bolts will cause no problems, great.

Bearings have already been ordered, so lets hope for the best. Luckily those are not the most expensive part invented.
