Default Car won't run???

Help!!
Hey guys so this has been a long process but here we go
I got a #1 misfire.
Snapped coil hold down bolt.
Changed #1plug to champ 9055 but didn't gap because I thought they were pre gapped(gap was 010 over spec).
Swapped #5 coil to #1 coil.
Drove home and had #5 misfire.
Next day had #1 #5 misfire.
Eventually the car stalled out.
Wouldnt rev over 3500.
Car stalled after 7 mins idle.
Broke valve cover and parked car.
Changed valve cover, changed #1 and #5 coils, changed the rest of plugs with same and didn't gap.
Car starts, rough idle, CEL P0051.
Test drove car still in limp mode, no rev over 3500, dies after 10 mins.
Cleared CEL now giving P0300
Swapped with OEM type NGK plugs.
Found a block in the right cat.
Gutted the right cat and only one screen on the left.
Put everything back together and drove for 2 miles.
Car stalled and wouldn't stay in without reving.
Drove 3 more miles with it making a ticking kind of noise only in the right rpm and it kept dying at stops.
Car finally died for good at Tue driveway and now when I get it started it only runs for a bit and eventually stalls. Also has bad idle and won't rev past 4k.

2003 350z touring.

Misfires can also be caused by fuel system issues, or vacuum leaks. Though I would think it would give you lean codes.

The fact that it won't rev out is due to the cel condition putting it into limp mode

How's the battery?

Do you have any other codes?

Have you cleaned the throttle body?

Also have you reset the PCM. i.e disconnect battery for a minute or two.

sorry for the late reply but my least code that came up was fuel level sensor circuit low. but today it stayed running pretty long and it didnt limit the revs but there is a loud ticking/knocking sound. i feel like its coming from the vvt solenoids but my dad says he hears it coming near the power steering belt. it gets louder when revving and it had a really low idle.

battery is good,
ill read the latest codes tomorrow
and i recently cleaned the maf sensor with a tiny bit of brakleen but not the throttle body.
and i didnt know i did but yeah i took out the battery for a couple mins
