Default Need some help with my idle/stalling issue please

Hey guys I have a 2004 track 350z with just under 119k miles that has been having this idle/stalling problem off and on since i got the car about a year ago. I tried looking all over the internet for the answers but i keep going in circles with what it could be. The car will drive fine for a few months and then ill come up to a stop light, throw it into neutral and it will stall or my idle will drop way down, almost stall but then save itself. Then if the car is just sitting there idling at 650rpms, it will randomly drop to 500, start shaking and then go back up to 650. theres no CEL light either. i used to just disconnect the battery, leave the headlights on and then it would go away but come back in a few months. now it doesn't go away. I replaced the PCV valve about 2 weeks ago and reset the ecu and it ran perfectly up until yesterday when it started doing it again. I've cleaned the MAF sensor and checked for vacuum leaks and i haven't found any of that to help Could it be my throttle body? I cleaned it a while ago but i was a dumbass and moved the butterfly with my hand but when i reset the ecu it seemed to be fine for a couple months. ANY help would be much appreciated

Look up how to check pvc valves, I just blow and suck through it. Lol... if it still let's air through when in the blocked position then it's bad. They only cost like 6$ to replace.

I just recently replaced it. The check engine light came on and I checked it and it said knock sensor low circuit and I was running rich. So I ordered a knock sensor harness and am going to order a new knock sensor and hopefully that changes something. Yesterday my car was stalling coming up to every light and today it wasn't but it still feels jumpy while accelerating. Like it's trying but something is holding it back.

Throttle position reset perhaps?
Double check there's no leaks all the way from the air filter to the plenum.

I did that and it was fine for about 3 days and then it went back to lagging and stalling. It's so weird. It's like my car picks days to hate me. And I checked for leaks a little while ago but I guess there's no harm in checking again

Bad gas? My buddies car acted the same with some water that got mixed at the gas station when they refilled the pumps. Also have you checked the plugs to see if there is any of them that are darker then the others? How many miles on car? Fuel filter, cats clogged, bad sparkplug wire? Start the car at night and pop the hood see if you can see any sparks or light popping from anywhere.

Also try checking thr grounds and connections for the sensor. The sensor might be bad or connecting or ground. A lot of early 2000's camaros had this issue.

Okay I will! I didn't think of that. My sub harness just came in today and I'm about to order a knock sensor from Oreillys so that should be in by tomorrow. Then I'll put it all in and check the grounds. Does anyone know what tools I'll need to get to it?
