Default 350z wont start, fans kick on

alrigh i give up!! ok so i recently swapped my engine from the 03 to a 05 motor. (03 spun a bearing) i have installed the new motor, installed the ecu from the 05 car. when installing the new motor i put a new clutch in and i installed the flywheel 180 degrees and the car barely ran. i pulled the tranny flipped the flywheel started and ran great. i took the car to the dealerhship to do the ecu and key ignition programming (trailored). well after that the car ran good beside the high idle. i did the throttle resets and came to just go ahead and purchase a new throttle body (have not installed yet). So i drove the car for one whole day about 100-200 miles no issues besides the high idle. the next day i used the car to jump another car, midway the z started a choppy idle it wasnt firing on all cylinders and then it just died and since would not start. well i took the battery out of the car (new battery) overnight to try and reset the ecu. now the car wont even turn over it clicks once and then the fans turn on....so from there i have changed the fuel pump, crank and both cam sensors.
i have found out if i run a extra ground from the factory nissan grounds to anywhere on the car it will turn over but will not start. if i disconnect the (jumper cable grounds i made) the car wont turn over just a click. so i purchased a ground kit installed now the car will turn over but still wont start it as well is draining the battery.

My guess is the ecu fried when i jumped it. but hoping someone had the same crazy problems im having. any help?

Welcome to My350Z.

Your engine needs air + fuel + spark to run.

Is it sucking air ? Probably

Is fuel being fed into the cylinders ? (pull a plug or 2 and see if their wet with gas)

Are the spark plugs sparking ? (pull a plug wire and use a spark tester or hold it close to a ground and crank the engine)

When you say it turns over... Is it cranking over and is it cranking over quickly or slow.

Are you sure your battery is good?

depending on how DIY inclined you are, check powers and grounds to the PCM with a DMM. Are there any security lights going off?

Lesson of the day. Dont be quick to ever jump start anyone. My money is on the ecu. Sucks the big one.

If the starter clicks but won't turn then it is getting power. My guess the starter is out or a bad relay to the starter. But that's just my 2 cents.

Check all the fuses and fusible links . I once in error jumped a Nissan , connecting the cables backwards. Blew three or four fuses and fusible links. Replaced them and the car started first time and ran like clockwork for 7 years until I sold it.
