Default Oil Pan help

hey guys I have a question that I couldn't find already posted. so last night at 9:30 PM I was making a left turn and ran completely up a curb at like 35MPH. I'm lowered on BC racing coilovers on about 1 1/2 Inches. so I come up on the curb drive through a patch of grass and go down a driveway. I immediately turn off the car and get out. I have fender and front bumper damage but I'm worried about the undercarriage. I look at my shoes to see there's a huge trail of oil and what looks like to be windshield wiper fluid. so I can tell I busted the lower oil pan and windshield wiper fluid reservoir. I haven't really got a chance to look at it too good but I'm worried if the upper pan is busted too. is it possible that only the lower oil pan is busted?

Like my dentist told me about cavities as a child...anything is possible.

Just get it in the air and take some pics, no sense in theorizing. You'll know soon enough...good luck and post those pics.

You need to get it up in the air and inspect the undercarriage, suspension and front wheels carefully. If you damaged the lower oil pan enough to cause a leak, you'll need to examine the upper pan section for damage as well.

Considering the swaybar and crossmember both hang lower than the pan, you will have a lot of damage.

Sounds like a failed drift, don't worry, happens often

Why is EVERYONE doing 35 mph when they hit a curb? I'm an RN, and wonder if it's the same reason patients coming into the ER drunk off their *** have only had 2 beers.

So what you're saying is if we go faster we are safer? And if we have more than 2 beers we are less likely to go to the ER? Sweet!

I'm saying the lies are always the same. Just wondering how those numbers became the default values.
