How to crank engine without firing
Normally after storing a vehicle for several months I like to pull the coil wire and crank the engine a few times to lubricate internals before firing it up.
As the Z cars have coil packs rather than one coil, is there an easier way than to disconnect all six packs?

There is also mention in the manual(2007) that if you flood the engine you can try to dry it back out by flooring the accelerator and cranking the engine.
In this case the engine shouldn't start but the manual is not clear on this. I am also not sure if it cuts of fuel or if it's just getting too much air to allow combustion.
