Default High oil pressure

I have an '08 6mt 350 with 106,000 miles and I just did an oil change using 5w-30 Mobil 1 full synthetic and my oil pressure when warmed up is fine (about 25-30) but when I drive it runs real high (almost 120 at 3k rpms). I'm not sure what to make of this. I don't think it was doing this before the oil change. At first I put 5.2 quarts because the book at autozone said 5.2 but later read that it was suppose to be 5 exactly so I drained some. I checked the level and it was almost right in the middle of L and H so I'm not sure what's wrong. Maybe the oil pressure sensor?

Sensor is probably bad or filter issue. Change them out and you should be fine.
