Default Power loss after CPS replacement

So about a week ago my camshaft position sensor went out (code P0345). So I went to the dealer and the replaced both bank 1 and bank 2. No big deal, I thought that was the end of it. But after the replacement I've been experiencing significant power loss (pedal to the medal is only giving me about 4000 RPM where I used to get 6k+). There is no "get up and go". I have no idea what's causing this since the problem surfaced only AFTER the CPS went out. Any ideas what this could be? I plan to check my plugs tomorrow, but besides that I have absolutely no clue. I have an 05 Enthusiast with about 85k miles on it.

Is this an automatic transmission? Don't get they you cant go above 4000rpm unless you are talking about revving the car in neutral.

It's AT, yeah. What I meant is during hard acceleration it used to jump to around 6000 (and obviously not stay there), but now it has trouble doing even that. It just feels like I'm running on 4 cylinders.
