Alright so I have searched for this in multiple other forums and threads and everything but didn't find a reason pertaining to my problem or how to fix it. I recently installed a JL stealth box and an amp and when I was finished I received a Service Engine Soon light, Code p1065. Took it to oreillys and it says 'electronic control module backup circuit' my question is what is the exact cause of this and what do I do to fix it and should I be worried. I reset the ecu but I'm worried this might have been something bad please help! Also read it could be related to having he battery unplug for a while (like 2 hours then plugging in to check and unplugging and repeating that lol)

 

Google says you should check power to the ECU. Maybe fuse or you shorted something wiring your sub.

 

But Before I reset here was no limp more or anything and after I reset it went away?

 

When I put my Radio in I had disconnected the battery, I got the same code. I did a quick reset and all was good.
