Default Vibrating clutch pedal and lightweight flywheel.

Hi,
I have installed ACT Streetlite flywheel and clutch. I know my gearbox is probably needing a repair but after I installed the flywheel /clutch set I've noticed something that wasn't the before. When in gear, when I press clutch pedal lightly I can feel vibrations coming from the pedal. Now, I really hope its not faulty clutch /flywheel because I was going to do gearbox anyway. When I release clutch slowly on 1st gear standing, without revmatching/applying gas at biting point, I can hear and feel whole transmission like it wants to jump out of the car. Any ideas?

Not sure if this matters, but have you already gone through the recommended break-in period? It should get smoother after that as long as everything was installed correctly.

Truth is, I bought it used. It did about 2000 kilometers and wear is not visible.

The increase in sound is expected with a lighter flywheel, but the vibration is a little concerning. Sorry I can't offer more help.

"Bought it used", and "gear box probably needs repair" kind of worries me.

I'm STILL waiting for my gear box and clutch/flywheel to be examined by my mechanic. They suspect that flywheel could be unbalanced. I was told that it could damage the engine badly. Is that true?
