Default (video) Vacuum leak and ticking sound

I havent really looked at the motor of this car until now. I have a leaking air sound coming from the left side (passenger) of the motor. Not sure if its always been there or if its a vacuum leak.

Second thing is the infamous ticking sound which ive heard people say could be a few different things: lifters, timing tensioner, thrown rod, fuel position sensor, and the most popular answer is fuel damper.

Lastly, the driver-side fan doesnt work. Does it kick on at a certain temp or something? It was hot as ***** today...Anyway, heres the video:

Ok for fan, turn on A/C full blast once its warmed up if both dont come on you have a problem.

Left side could be either, brake booster hose or crank case.

Never heard of a fuel postion sensor.

Never heard of brake booster but ill find it....Also, where on the crank case would it likely be leaking?

Thanks Conway_160, im gonna check my A/C

EDIT: I dont think its the brake booster hose. The sound is coming from a bit south from there, and maybe 5-6 inches down

5-6" down? Im not aware of any vacuum hoses down there, unless you have a crack in your valve cover. Or the hose for the evap system, do you have any codes?

No codes. I just checked it out again. My car needs to be warmed up before you can distinctly hear it. It sounds like its coming right from the PCV valve but I tried putting my fingers around it to feel/listen for a leak but there's nothing. I think the leak is just below the PCV valve. But thats assuming its a leak....

Could anyone maybe check to see if they get the same sound? Car needs to be warm to hear it clearly..

I also tested my fans with the AC on with no luck. Only the passenger fan is spinning... SAD FACE. Where do I go from here?

Sounds like you have a dead fan, to verify this hook it up to a 12v source to see if it spins. If no go replace fan if spins its a relay or power wire some where.

My car isn't running and wouldn't be able to hear a leak over my blower sorry.

I want to test the fan. Any idea on which pins I need to hook up 12v to?

I checked the air leak again today and I think it is actually the PCV valve but I cant seem to fix the leak. Im starting to wonder if thats just how the PCV sounds normally. It would be awesome if someone can confirm this for me.

I got Torque linked again today (been a while because my car has been sitting for over a year). A few readings it gave after warmup while idling were: Coolant - 90C, Vacuum - 24.5, idle @ 600rpm..

I also have had a fault code P1065 which is faulty ECM. http://www.engine-codes.com/p1065_nissan.html Im not sure if this was from when I installed LED tail/turn lights. I got Torque and tested for codes at the same time I installed the LEDS so im not sure if that code was there before or not.
