G35 manual swap - no power to s-terminal...

Guys, cross posting here from G35Driver as well. My son and I are finishing a 6MT manual swap in his 2003 G35. Not cranking, and I'm running out of ideas to troubleshoot so I'm hoping some experts here might be able to help. Here's what we know for sure:
- switched 12v power from clutch interlock switch is making it to terminal 43 (gray/red)
- NO power is making it to the s-terminal on the solenoid.
- small connections for starter relay on IPDM are not testing positive for 12v power when ignition ON or START
- starter relay tests good with clicking and resistance
- ignition relay tests good with clicking and resistance
- 12v power from batt to starter
- inbound power to terminal 11 is 12v and good

I'm thinking something isn't right between the clutch interlock switch sending 12v to terminal 43 but then the starter relay not showing power (which comes from terminal 43).

Anyone????

Is this an auto to manual swap or just manual to manual? Any alarm in place with possible starter kill? Clutch might not be releasing properly or pedal switch not working. Looks like tracing the wiring is the right way to troubleshoot this. You have the official FSM?
