Unhappy VQ35DE - cold start - P0300 CODE

Hello,
Having problems with cold start, car has misfire and engine light flashing. After car is warm.. it works perfectly
I changed spark plugs: - Cyl 4 spark looks weird to me.

Also i had few month ago problem with engine light - codes what i had was P0430, P1288, P1289 - cleared them and didint came back. This problem started few days ago.
New Spark plugs are NGK Laser Platinum

Grey is lean.

I’d have the injectors specifically #4 tested.

After looking closer #4’s electrode also looks worn and almost completely diminished.

That’s not as white as it looked in the first picture.

The first picture looked over heated showing lean condition.

That second set of pics looks like it’s just worn. Buy new spark plugs and gap them properly.

Then do a spark test to rule out spark. Then like I said check injectors and fuel filter.

Start with the basics, process of elimination.
