rebuilt engine and cant get it to start. While starting and looking at uprev logs it shows bank 1 exhaust 45degrees and bank 2 exhaust -45 degrees!! both intakes staying around 4-5 degrees. Any help is appreciated. Now to see how fast i can tear it back down Tried so hard to do it right the first time according to the manual but obviously missed something

 

Did you remove and reinstall the timing chain and or cams?

Cause that will do it.
