Intermittent rattling from valve cover (with video)
Hey guys,
I have a VQ Sentra project that I was wrapping up and after redoing the timing chain guides to get rid of that nasty timing chain slap, I got rewarded with this fun little noise. It sounds like it’s coming from under the left valve cover. Everytime I drive the car I can hear it, but it’s random and through out most of the power band. If you guys have experienced anything like this, I would love the help.
