Default Random CEL after alternator install

Been having a problematic code come and go recently and was gonna see if anyone can help. Back in November i got codes p2135 and p0222, both relating to throttle position circuit. Ultimately took it to a shop and they fixed the issue, had something to do with a shorted wire and both throttle body and app checked out in working condition. Now a few weeks ago when i replaced my alternator, about 100 miles after the install the code came back and put me in limp mode. Performed the ecu reset and the car will drive normally for 40-120 miles before randomly throwing the codes again and going into limp mode. This has happened 3 times now where it will come back randomly after driving normal. Obviously I need to fix the issue but is there any reason that my car would be running fine (no cel) for ~100 miles before throwing the code again? To me this indicates both the tps and app are getting correct voltage signals (since it drives fine for ~100 miles after an ecu reset) but what I don’t understand is what would cause the signals to go bad after said miles. As long as i do the ecu reset the car will be in working condition even immediately after it going in limp mode. I find it odd that it only came back after I disconnected the battery and replaced the alternator. Any suggestions or should i just jump in and start testing pins?

Sorry to hear you are having this problem. This was posted recently. Click the attached documents on that page and run through the procedures mentioned. It should reset your codes provided there is no long term problem and its just a hiccup in the ECU.
