hello there...
most bang for the buck in this order...
RT / Kenetix High Flow Cats
UR Crank Pulley & Belts (no need to do the full pulley kit only the crank makes power)
Headers
Cams
(insert Techno Squre ECU after you do all your air flow mods)
All parts available on http://www.performancenissanparts.com
Headers would be nice but are not cost effective next to High Flow Cats... High Flow Cats will give you the same if not more power then just doing the headers alone, and will cost you far less in labor...
As far as clutch... for the Nismo Flywheel go with the NISMO Clutch to match... Or if you want to go to the extreeme.. there is always the TILTON Flywheel and clutch.

Well, I have some advice. Though I am by no means an expert.
First, find the caps lock key and push it. (Typing in all caps on a public forum is a big no-no).
I have the s-tune suspension and love it. Gives you about a .8 inch drop and cures the harsh bounce.
I also have the Nismo Clutch and JWT flywheel which are a huge improvement over stock. Car revs and responds much faster... great mod as long as you don't mind the cement mixer noise commonly associated with lightweight flywheels.
I also suggest doing a search of the forum, there is a tremendous amount of valuable information and product reviews on this forum.
Good hunting and welcome.

My goal = extreme sleeper- and legal
Sorry about the caps lock- I'd hate to see how you feel about wire hangers... Just kidding.
Won't headers only improve the performance of the cats? I am not sure you can mess with those in CA.... can you? So far the only mod the seems less than cost effective is the cams. Labor alone at 10+hrs could break the bank- not withstanding the $1400+ pricetag on the part.
The nismo Flywheel I have, Although not as light as the JWT, seems not to produce the "mixing" noise you described, and was very noticiable. So i Am pleased. However I know Nismo offers 3 different set ups for the clutch plate and disc. What is the applied significance to each?
What about the ecm?? anybody with newer info that may apply to specific modifications such as mine?- Practicality is a must for me when messing with the ecm.
Thanks for all the great input...

What kind of stress will that put in the motor??
I like the idea of Effeciency.. Airflow, fuel, and part design/materials contribute to the Optimum Performance of a vehicle.
I want to have everything already in the car to run as efficiently as possible before I add to it- nitrous, TT, supercharger, etc.

What about adding a plenum with the cats and headers? You could really do the plenum yourself and cats with headers at the same time. Hell, while your at it throw in a popcharger and you could have yourself a pretty good machine.
