Is my tune safe?
My car is up rev tuned, i bought the car with a blown motor and it had the high velocity intake on it that deletes the plenum, so long story short I ended up selling the manifold like a dumbass and now I am back with the stock plenum with that tune that was calibrated for that manifold I’m assuming. Could I be running lean ? Should I go back to stock reflash ? And if so do I just need the uprev cable?
why was the motor blown in the first place? Was it tune-related?
Are you looking to modify the car any more?
I would find a tuner in your area and go get it freshened up.
I've come across one case that made more power ... and I think it was Conway!
On paper it sucks, in practice it sucks ... I'm all ears though and I can be convinced otherwise ... but show me some hard science that its better than OEM and I'll be a believer!
Even if it broke even in power in most the powerband multiple people reported a faster car at the track. On paper it sucks compared to a proper manifold but we don't have any made for this car. In practice I'd say this is miles better than stock just based on ease of use for working on the car lol.
