it would be suggested since you are increasing the air volume

but, do ALL breathing mods before you tune or you will end up needing a re-tune

OK, thanks because I already have an intake but I want to replace it when I get the spacer. But a tune would be most suggested.

A tune is not "necessary" but highly recommended. Well worth the $$

Do ALL of your bolt ons before the tune. Example...I installed the plenum spacer, intake, and exhaust. Then had the UpRev tune performed locally in Houston. There was a gain of 24whp. Though nothing to brag about, you will not see these gains without the tune. Without the tune, all the noise is just "youthful enthusiasm."...

Have you done any other mods?
Exhaust area?Catback,test pipes or HFC's?
Do all the bolt ons before you get a tune.
Suggest HFC's if you have not done to get the best performance
with the tune.
