Default Lag from a start

Hey everybody so I'm having a problem with my 2005 35th anniversary 350z with roughly 190k. So the problem is that once the trans is warm from a dead stop it will lag. rpms will go up but it will crawl. Had a mechanic say it needs a new trans or a rebuild. Anyone have this problem before and know if a rebuild would be worth it? or should I scrap the trans. Also if anyone has other ideas besides the trans as to why this is happening that'd be a huge help. Thanks!

won't let me upload the .mov for some reason

It's obviously something transmission related. To think that we're going to be able to tell you the exact problem over a paragraph and a video is stretching it. You can internet-diagnose this for a year but the best route will be to take it to a trusted transmission mechanic and have them fix it.

Was just curious is anyone has had a similar problem haha get it was a stretch. and no the fluid level is okay, gaskets are pretty worn, the mechanic at aamco said that the gears are out. got the car for next to nothing and we plan on building it up. Anyone know of aftermarket at's that are strong than stock? or would my best bet be just to find a wrecker and pull that trans?
