Default Help with SES light

Hello all I have quite the complex issue.
Issues I have noticed: P1283 and P0113, stalling when braking, very rough idle, car running lean, misfiring.

My car has been misfiring lately and stalling while driving I work full time and have college full time so I rarely have time to work on it. I finally got engine codes read and got to tearing apart my car. I my Berk HFC on the driver side actually blew out and the insides of the cat clogged up my y pipe which explains the stalling. I ordered test pipes and I'm going to run berk test pipes instead of the HFC's. If anybody can tell me how I can tackle or what the probable cause of the other issues are I would appreciate it.

You need to state mileage, mods and any other work/problems with the car. My Internet Crystal Ball says look at your power brake booster hose, check for cracks and tight fit. I'm also a huge fan of the cheapest test on Earth- Intake Manifold vacuum test. Buy/borrow 1. It should read steady around 21+ when warmed. If your vacuum reading jumps and idle surges- Bingo. If not, move on.
P1283 indicates a bad upstream O2 sensor, bank 2.
Your other code indicates MAF sensor dirty, improper install or bad part.

For the crapped out Cat- drop the Y pipe and bang it on a soft surface. Inspect downstream for debris, use a ShopVac if necessary. GL!
