Default Ignition coils melting

Ignition coils on cylinders 1,2,3 keep melting as soon as the key is on the on position. Those 3 coils have 4.9v on the signal wire. Any suggestions?

Believing it's not a problem I proceed to purchase another start loop and 6 new sparkle plugs. Begin supplanting sparkle plugs and when I get to the start loop I referenced (#1 I think), the curl is stuck in the flash attachment sleeve/tube. Vehicle wouldn't begin so needed to have it towed to my repairman. Long story short, old start curl was dissolved/melded into the flash fitting sleeve/cylinder and he needed to fundamentally bore it out.
