Think I might have said it early in the thread but if not..... this is hot rodding at its finest and one of very few threads worth reading here. Cannot wait to see/hear this running!

Thanks, much appreciated!

Elite 2500 is way better/advanced than Pro Plugin. I have no doubt about it, makes me wonder why I didn't do that earlier.
Shifter is working, CAN communication with GCU is working. Next step is connecting everything with gearbox on the bench and do testing of the sensors and solenoids.
I'm doing a patch adapter/cable for the 350z to the Haltech Elite 2500. This is a prototype and it is working fine, I've successfully start the engine and it is running fine. No CEL, all sensors are working, DBW is working, CAN communication with the car is working etc.
There is just one issue, which I already addressed and fixing on the production version of the patch. The ECU is backfeed through A26 pin (injector power, used for power supply for the DBW throttle body) and won't turn off even with the ignition key completely removed from the car .
I'm adding a relay on that A26 line which is triggered by ignition +12V, it is tested, working. Now redesigning the PCB to fit 2x16A relays (working in parallel, so total theoretical max. current is 32A) which is pretty same value OEM DBW relay is declared for.

I didn't like other available solutions for the Elite 2500 to the VQ35DE, every I saw was incomplete so I made my own. I've designed a PCB, an adapter plate and everything is bolted and secured, using the smallest amount of space.
And finally fully assembled, reusing OEM ECU bracket for true PnP mounting:
Interested to know how you plan on getting the HTG and Haltech communicating via CAN in the main harness. I'm assuming its not plug and play between the two for them to communicate properly. Amazing build you have here, I made an account just to comment!
