(Video)desperate for help, what is this low rev / rpm rattle on my 350z?
Hey all, so I've been trying to figure this out for a few days now. I hit a pothole (may or may not be related) and a few minutes later while rev matching to second in a parking lot, my car started making this grind noise on light revs. its mostly gone away now, but it still happens when I lightly bounce the throttle from around 1500 RPMS. No CEL. So far these are the suggestions I've been given: throw out bearing, belts, intake vacuum leak (unlikely, no CEL), dirty throttle body, throttle body gasket, timing chain, flywheel, clutch spring. exhaust/y pipe heat shield, and finally water pump bearing.
Im leaning towards thinking its either the heat shield, or it has something to do with the throttle body.
Does anybody know what the **** this might be?????
Here's the video:
PLS HELP TY ILY
