Default Z1 solid shifter bushings

Greeting guys,

Is there many people who had installed those? Is there any noise or vibration inside car? I would more or less expect vibration, but I heard at some place that the noise has become like.. you have a jar with nuts in the gear ****. That would be way too much for me as this is a street car, not a track one.

I have installed solid engine mounts, solid transmission mount, solid rear differential mounts, spherical bushings, but my early DE did not come with shifter bushings just a single solid aluminum piece. that being said, the NVH is unbelievable!!! 😂 and I love every mile. actually, it's more noise and vibration, there really is no harshness. it's well worth it for the cornering speed.

ive got an 03 de and it did have bushings on the support bracket. I ordered those z1 solid bushings. My shop is not a performance shop and im dumb, but they acted like it would increase nvh alot. They warn me about any solid bushings, but they acted like this was between the trans and engine/body of car.

With all of that said the reviews on z1 are great, and nobody complains about nvh. I ended up having the whole support bracket removed entirely, because my aftermarket shifter did not fit it. Now i need to return those solid bushings or something.

I bought mine from GK tech for $20 and they actually let me return them for credit. which was my own stupid fault for not looking first before I ordered, I just assumed.... GK is an awesome group of people, very friendly.
