Default Have To Vent

got my kinetix cats yesterday. the pieces r fine, but the packaging was very **** poor. most ghetto thing i've ever seen. basically thrown in a box with some paper wrapped around em. the best part is there was a metal piece that actually pierced the side of the box and scratched my rear strut bar all to h3ll! not a fan.

my test pipes came in a box the same way, the pipes rubbed against each other and scratched each other, also I was missing some hardware. It wasn't that big of a deal, I just went to the hardware store to get more, but if they want to go big time and get great reviews, they need to get that figured out.

Ouch!!

Sorry to hear that, I have been doing a lot of research on packing those damn pipes. They are horribly awkward shape and I still havent come up with a solution.

I actually went with paper because I had a concern from someone else about foam peanuts possibly being left inside the converter when installed. So I went with paper.

Sorry to hear the negative comments though, because we take a LOT of pride in customer satisfaction. Although you guys do keep me on my toes!!

Sorry!

use bubblewrap. Also, this is just a tip, if you have an officemax by you they ship with airborne express, and airborne is way cheap shipping and they insure really cheap too. I shipped a snowbaord, goggles, and snowboard pants all in a huge box for $16 fully insured to $400.

Exactly the same happened to me...but I basically blamed it all on UPS/FedEx...LOL..

BTW, after 600 miles...the cats are really starting to wake up now. Damn, stock exhaust sounds hella sweet with those cats + JIC Y-Pipe. Loving it!

I believe I have your packing answer.

Its kinda expensive and somewhat akward to deal with the first couple times, but nothing beats it for akward shaped items.
And believe me, This stuff will hold up to the worst UPS has to offer.

BUBBLEWRAP

Including install instructions would also be a step in the right dirtection.

Last time I recieved a package from LSD it was my strut bar he used for testing. He sent each piece individually bubble wrapped, with peanuts in the box as well. So I have nothing but good experiences with his packaging so far.
