Default Clutch Differences Single vs Dual mass

Hey everyone I am putting together a spec 350z. Anyways I had some questions about clutch kits. I am going to convert to a Single Mass Flywheel. I am trying to figure out if I can use an oem dual mass clutch on a single mass flywheel. I have done a single mass conversion in a buddies mini back in the day which its pressure plate and disc are way different. Everything else I own was single mass from the factory and the one car I had with a dual mass never got a clutch in my ownership. So looking below is this something I can out together.

Looking to run the Nismo unit which looks to be an exedy unit. This is legal for my class. Part number

12310-RSZ30US

Seen here. As its legal for the class.

That being said can I bolt a stock Dual Mass Clutch to this flywheel. I run a stock clutch in my race cars without any issues. Its stock power so not needing anything fancy. I am looking at this clutch to use on the Nismo Flywheel.

Its a stock replacement Valeo-HD unit. Pretty sure I saw Valeo stamped on the factory clutch I took out.

All in I am right at $400 plus some a new line, master and slave as the slave and line are in poor shape. Will this work or am I needing a different clutch set to work with the nismo flywheel.

Clutch shouldn't matter, I know the Germans don't recommend a unsprung unit with a SMF tho.

Sounds good put a $250 offer on the nismo flywheel and it got accepted. So buying a stock clutch. Plan to lay the new and old ones on the ground and measure distance and see how they look when they come in. ACT and exedy both have options that say will work with oem dual mass or single mass flywheels. So should be good to go.
