So last year my mechanic stripped out the threads on my ARC oil pan. I recently purchased a Time-Sert thread repair kit. I’ve been doing a bit of research on drain plugs and came across the ValvoMax drain plug valve system. The reviews are very impressive. Is anyone using this on their Z?

I've had 3 of them for years - Z, 4Runner and MDX.
Love them - zero mess and no drain plug gaskets and torque.
Drain it straight into a gallon jug, not even a drop spills if you do it right.
Then I make mess with the filter, so you still have that.
Fumoto valve is a similar product that has been around a lot longer but i like the Valvomax design and profile better.
