Question Large Rattling while in neutral with the clutch out only

Whenever i have the car in neutral and the clutch out there is a rattling coming from the transmission. I think it is the input shaft bearing but i could be wrong. Does anyone have an idea of how serious the problem is and how difficult or expensive it is to replace?
Here is a video of the sound

Definitely louder than the usual CD0xx and the notoriously noisy JK and EA trannies. Does it go away when you put even just a little pressure on the clutch? Dumb question.... when was last time gear oul was swapped?

The more you push the clutch in the quieter it gets until it is fully in then it is silent. I have no history on when it was swapped as i bought the car with this problem

Much louder than normal. Most likely input shaft bearing on trans. But throwout bearing could be part of it. But since it gets quiet under load, I’m thinking trans. Either way, trans needs to come out to fix.
