Default Time to get a new clutch or TOB?

So, I've noticed that my clutch is very hard to depress. Probably because of the previous owner resting his foot on it 24/7 but when I'm at a stop, and release the clutch, a very annoying sound starts to occur when clutch is released and stops when I depress the clutch. I've had this problem before on my S13 but am not sure if its the same problem seeing that the Z is much newer and technical. So I'm guessing the tranny needs to be pulled and the TOB needs to be replaced or something else. Any input is appreciated! Thank you.

TOB is in use with your foot on the pedal.

i cant hear the sounds in the video because i am at work, but by the description it sounds like it is flywheel chatter... our cars sound like cement mixers. he may have an after market clutch (would explain the stiffness) and a light weight flywheel (which would cause the chatter)

The noise comes from the throw-out bearing. The fix is replacing your entire clutch assembly, which isn’t a big deal.

So, I'll be buying a new clutch, flywheel, & TOB?
