Default Electrical problem when trying to start

I am taking out the trans for a input shaft bearing replacement and after i took off the y pipe for the fun of it i tried to start the car just to hear it with no muffler and everything was fine until i turned the key to start when i heard a click and now the car has no power at all the door's window is stuck down there is 0 power in the car. i tired disconnecting the battery and waiting a while then reconnecting it. does anyone have an idea on what it could be?

Have you checked fuses yet? Was the car up on jack stands?

It seemed to fix it self, and yes the car is on jack stands. my best guess is that something got loose when i was taking the rusted nut off. since the car still has factory engine mounts and they engine was shaking.
