I had the following results:

First pull - 228 rwhp and 260 tq
Second pull - 236 rwhp and 236 tq

I was expecting numbers between 260-270rwhp

i was getting 231hp 230tq with crank pulley intake and test pipes. 303hp and 381tq with 75shot. still a lot more to come.
ayone who wants to be able to have better "stock" dynos needs to get a different torque converter. one with a higher stall. that alone will be able to tansfer more of the engines power to the wheels. hopefully its my next mod. without anything else, it would put us pretty close to the 6mt stock dyno #'s.

wtf is rodads issue?? im sick of people knocking the 5at. some people are just ignorant to the fact that we're not all in the same situation and cant get a manual trans. idiots.

Dude your ignorant. Look at drag cars. Automatic transmissions are more reliable when you get into high horsepower numbers.
I would take a build auto over a built manual transmission anyday.

For drag racing...definitely.

From a roll race at higher speeds the manual gives you better control to rev-match....and frankly it's just more fun.

BTW-I have an auto 300zx TT.....everyone talks the same **** about it.....except the people that have raced me
