hope i got a good deal on this????

anyone have any advice (albeit too late to change my circumstances)......

i really liked the Y-pipe, and since it wont mate up evenly (ID is off) with the OEM midpipe, i decided to bite the bullet and get the whole unit at once......

I am also hoping it will have a better end-sound than the borla TD setup i recently had (wasnt against the borla, but jsut wanted a bit different sound.....)--based on the clips i have seen/listened to, the fuji has a very good sound, without going overboard..

here's hoping!

after the Borla, i originally was gonna go w/ the top secret Y pipe (to start), but the absence of the flex-pipe made me a little uncomfortable.... from some research i found the Y pipe will help with flex, and without, has shown some isolated cases of cracking at the flanges/unions....

so i elected to go with the flexxed Y pipe, and found the fuji to be quite nice....

oem versus fuji..........

Glad to see you found it. I wasn't aware that you couldn't JUST install the Y-pipe. I could have sworn it's been done.

I have a Borla TD now and have been debating whether or not to switch to the Fujitsobo. I love the sound of the Fujitsobo, but I do prefer the TD setup. And I think you got a good deal so don't worry. Enjoy!

you can do this (the flanges mate up), but the ID's of the midpipe/ypipe are not gonna match, creating an overlap/obstruction in flow.....

Do you know if the JIC Y-pipe is compatible with the Fujitsubo Exhaust? I think I would prefer a JIC Y-Pipe/Fujitsubo Exhaust combo as opposed to solely Fujitsubo as the JIC pipe seems to be more free flowing.
