Default Oil pan spacer kit

Just noticed this on JWT website: hope it's not a repost.

Looks interesting. Price ain't bad either. You can never have enough oil.

Hmmm, that installed spacer in the picture has an extra tap out and oil like. I also notice some sort of pressurized air tube with a blue silicone gasket. <fained ignorance>I wonder what that could be for?</fained ignorance>

This sounds like a nice idea for S/C or turbo guys that don't want to spend $500-$700 on a new oil pan.

UH thats the JWT greddy turbo kit....the bottom pic shows how the spacer will fit, its not the same as the bottom pic with the tap

Well it's the JWT kit not the Greddy kit.

JWT says on the site it was developed as part of the TT kit but now available separately due to demand.

What about the oi pick up points? Might this make it more likely to expenrience lower oil pressure level's during sustained high G corners? Other than that, I really like the mod.

I think that is what the aluminum block with three holes in it is for. You take off the stock pick-up, install that block, and then replace the stock pick-up on the new little block. If I am right (I don't know) it would lower the pickup to ensure it stays submerged in oil.

Does it come with windage tray? that would free up some power..
