There is no "best", there is, however, a best for your goals, and your current or planned mods. Head design, header design, ecu tuning all play a huge role in the results you'll get from any cam
i know it depends on the mods.
just hard to see what kind of cam will yields better gain with what kind of other mods.
plz do a review after u do install the cam!

I see.
Is the idle steady? I mean does it revs up and down by itself. Also, how would turning on the AC effect the idle? Would it drop tremendously?

Thanks

so ur saying the "lift" is more important then the"degree"?
thanks for ur time to explain

Both are important, the degree is how long the Valve will be open during the cycle and the lift is how much the valve wil be open during the cycle... the JWT have a nice balance between degree and lift... thats why they put good gain in the Z

Phatmitzu:

The Idle is pretty stady after your turn up the rpm's, when I put the A/C on is stay's basicly the same (more or less) the one thing that you notice that you have cams (beside the power) is the sound of the car... its sound a little more depper and more exotic

Any idea on how aggressive cams like the amuse or tomei's would respond to nos or FI? Also how about the JWT? How would they respond to nitrous or FI?

Thanks for the info!
When we talk about FI, does it mean turbo only? or both turbo and supercharger? I've heard JWT are good for turbo applications, but havent heard any feedback from JWT + Supercharger owners.
