I just want to say thanks to Jeff for getting my tires replaced as well as my HID's. I've never met any dealer with such great service. Highly commendable.
I went in to get my car checked for tire noise during braking and at lower speed (20-30mph). The service tech said it needs an alignment, so I said sure (it's under warranty). I was getting my paperwork done when I saw Jeff's outside admiring the Brick . I went outside and said hi to him. He asked whats wrong with my Z and I said just need an alignment. He goes hmmm... he took a look at my front tires, ran his hand over them and said my tires are feathering. While there, I also pointed to him a slight stain inside my headlights and asked what could have caused that. He doesn't know so he asked one of the guys there to take a look. The guy thinks it might be trapped moisture that dried. Jeff took my paperwork and went inside to talk to the service tech/manager. He came out and said it's done. They are ordering 2 new tires and new HID headlamps. I was just speechless..

Yes they do ROCK!!!

I performed my tranny and differential fluid change over the weekend. I was told by one of the parts guy that 3 bottles should fill up the tranny fine ... turns out it was not. So, I quickly jet to Performance Nissan (w. car still on jack stands) and made it there 10 min. before closing. Wheewh!

Ran into Jeff and Jason. They were wondering why I looked so sloppy (still wearing the greasy T-shirt and shorts). I just said ... ahh, well had to come by and buy another bottle of MT fluid.

Next thing I know, Jeff tossed me a bottle and told me it's on the house for the trouble! I was completely dumb founded. Hats off to him!!! Thanks JEFF!

 

It feels good knowing you can ask them any questions about our cars, and they have answers. Big Ups to them!.

 

I have ordered a ton of stuff from them. They have always been helpful and knowledgable. Wish they had a shop in Atlanta. Not to mention. I love their 350z race cars.

Best customer service. I got them to send my goods to another shop in america so that my parts could all me sent to australia together, much cheaper. They did it no questions ask and it was received the next day
