Question ATI or Garrett?

Hey guys I know there are a lot of threads about Super/turbochargers, but this time is not exactly that.

I wanted to know the differences I will obtain installing the ATI procharger or the Garrett GT28R or GT28RS.

Any ideas? thanks to everyone

the garret turbo's are generally more vilent and less gradual when compared with supercahrgers. The centrifugal blowers tend to add minimal tourque in lew of high en horsepower. They tend to just enhance the existing powerband and move it a little bit higher in the rev band. Thuro's have a mind of their own and once they pool all heck breaks loose and then it tee pott tooot tooot time when you shift and althe pressure gets released when you shift then has to get built back up(although it builds back up fast becuase of high revs, try dhifting at low revs with lowered compression i sux and i don't car who says wash even if it iss ball bearing low end initial response is not as good as supercharged cars. But garrets with stock compression and low pzi ca spool fast and peack at low horespowers, i would 0persoally settle for a good set up that peak spools at 2 grand( i think it is possible with adjustment to wastegate) and maxes at 350-370 to the wheels depending on octane and air temperature. peace. if you do turbo set it up for low psi ans maximum response and go to a good shop. peace. do like 6 or 7 psi max and 5 daily. Trust me youll still feel it, get exaust , a good one and don't forget to replicate a diffuser and air dam for rear which is attatched to stock exaust or else at high speeds you will suck ari into your rear bumper and have the inner panels of the bumper act as sails and drag and trap air. = veru bad.plus you need an exedy fluwheel package to spool that sucker. Oooohhh poooh i want that.
