I had the KAAZ LSD installed and thought I'd share my impressions. It is still breaking in so it is pretty loud on corners when its cold.after its warm,it is quiet. This should have been one of my first mods. Its awsome.noticably grippier(if thats a word). The LSD along with the Stillen valve body made my tires stick to the ground and quickened my 0-100 times. My butt dyno was surprized.
congrats. i had one installed a few weeks ago, set at 60%
havent had a chance to hit the track yet to really test it out, but driving the car is def. a different experience.
the rear end is more sketchy now, so be careful

Question for you guys with the KAAZ
What was the main reason you picked this one over the nismo version? Arnt they pretty close in price?
Im looking to replace mine being that i have a base model. So what are your opinions on the pros and cons of the two?
Thanks

I chose KAAZ because they are 4 streets down from me and Ray seemed like a cool guy.I've only heard good stories from customers.
O.K. I guess I exagerated a bit.
I can hear the tires gripping. So I assotiated that with drifting.
Coming out of a turn is where you notice the difference. It keeps you on the ground & it actually prevents you from drifting when your coming out of the turn, which results in better traction and quicker acceleration.
Now going into a turn is the tricky lesson

Well, the lsd makes the wheels spin at the same speed(almost).when you turn, your inner wheel spins faster. When the outside wheel cant spin fast enough, the wheel chirps.
Since your outer wheel is already breaking loose,it's much easier to loose controll on your inner wheel. So every time you enter a turn, you're on the verge of chirping the outer wheel then braking the inner wheel loose(drifting)
By the time you're coming out of the turn,it's straitening itself out & will be more predictable sincethe same amount of power is going to each wheel.
