Default Nismo or Jim wolf Cams

Ok guys i was wondering witch cams are better Nismos or Jim Wolfs. Also how long of a install does it take to do this job.

nismos are better for daily drivers and not so serious trackers
they have a good idle and still retain nice low-end

JWT for someone who tracks more...

NISMO for the daily driver who spends time in the lower rpm range...

Ok witch cams for better peformance nismos or JWT. Also will driving be bad with new cams.

After I get my cams installed do i have to get my ecu retuned from technosqaure even though i had it tuned for the crawford package first.
