My Technosquare Dyno results....
Brief history: I have a JWT pop-charger, Crawford Plenum, UR crank Pulley, test-pipes and an Injen exhaust. When I added the pulley I went from 14:1 a/f's to high 14 a/f's with a few spikes over 15.1. My previous best dyno (all SAE corrected smoothing of 1) was 254 whp 239 ft lbs. I decided to send away the ECU to see if Technosquare could truly tune my car with just my mods list and my a/f from my dyno. I had them make me a program for my mods plus the 350 Evo Tb, which I do not have yet, they told me I could run the car without it because the changes they make for it are minimal.
My dyno today with all mods mentioned above and ecu was 262 whp and 252 ft lbs, with my a/f at a perfect 13.1 all the way from 2000 rpm to 7100 rpm. I am amazed at how well the a/f was tuned and at the amount of mid range TQ I gained. I gained 8 whp peak and 13 ft lbs peak. I havent looked closely at the dyno to see the exact gains in the midrange, but I have plenty. As soon as I get more $$$ I will add the Tb and re-dyno to see what I can get. I am pleased to be sitting in the 260 whp range with bolt-ons minus headers, i would be happy with mid 260's after the 350 evo tb.
For anybody with mods thinking about doing the technosquare ecu, I highly recommend them, and as some of you know I dont always do that with the stuff I put on my car because I dyno test all my parts. I cant wait to get to the track as I trapped 104mph with 242 whp, I hope to eek another mph out of it with 20 more whp
Any Q's or comments?
Can somebody post the dynos for me so everybody can see? Ill try to email them out to somebody later tonight.

Nice power and nice improvement with the reflash!
Are you implying that the pully somehow caused you to run leaner, or was that just another dyno result that you happen to mention?
Before the flash did your A/F drop to maybe 13 above 5000 RPMs or so?

I just did the same exact thing only I lied about having the 350evo throttle body to them. It is planned for very near future though. The funny thing is that I fealt the same exact results. Very nice mid range torque improvement. I couldn't be happier. Well, I guess I could if it made another 30hp but lets get real.

first, congrats...great results
do they have a flash for every application....what kind of data are they going by when they reflash??
seems like taking it to them and letting them dyno tune would be the best option....any possibilities that they will allow distributors to do this....lates

On that link (per lowrider above) it didn't seem like anybody came to conclusions other than: 1) possible A/F sniffer is out of whack or 2) the slightly lower load on the engine might cause the ECU to send less fuel to the injectors.
The graph in that older post looked good, though slightly lean. The sniffers at a dyno usually show 0.5-0.8 leaner than is actual.
But...your reflash has been highly successful. It makes me think that the pulley indeed caused the ECU to send less fuel, and you've crossed into the dark side of needing a reflash. The current combination sure puts up some nice numbers!

Owner of the shop said that the lighter pulley causes the motor to run more efficient hence burning more fuel and running leaner, take it for what its worth. As far as technosquare, I honetly doubted that they would be able to "tune" my car with just a mods list. I also sent them my a/f table from my last dyno run to help them make adjustments. I told Danny there I would send back my ECU for further tuning if i wasntg happy with the results and he said "ok just do it within 14 days and all you cover is shipping, if you feel you need to send it back" The results they provided me more than impressed me, the peak hp and tq is sweet, and the a/f is perfect...
