OK, but you said it has the 5AT. I dont think that was available until the 2004 model. Not trying to correct you or anything, just was wondering.

 

My install date for the Valve body will be next Friday. I am in Vegas for part of the week so I had to put it off till then.

I will keep you posted on the result.

 

You're right, and I have a 4spd now that I think of it.

I'm not sure when the 5AT became available, sometime during the 5th Gen period.

I bet whoever got it is still waiting on Stillen for the core swap

 

They were ready for me, but I had to cancel due to travel for a funeral. I just did not have the time to take it to the shop. I will let you know when I have it done...

 

Just a note that the 5AT was not available until the 6th Gen

 

I am picking up my G35 Coupe A/T w/the valve body upgrade from Stillen this Saturday and will be driving it back home to Vegas. I will let you guys know how she drives with the upgrade.

The valve body works very well.It doesn't shift like an SMG M3 but it does make a huge difference.I've had it on for over a year with no problems.

 

weslutes......did you get yours from Stillen, Level Ten or elesewhere?

 

I to am waiting on my VB upgrade from level ten to come back in fact I am also having level ten do a TC upgrade at the same time AAM should have got them both in by now and geting ready to install my new tranny. also having the 3:5 final drive done at the same time so any imput from my on level 10 might be hard not knowing how it would have felt without a new rear end but I can keep you guys posted.
