100, 80, 60% mean Area of Clutch.
Cusco's LSD can change the Clutch Area % as Friction Disks and Friction Plates setting.

isnt the nismo the same kind of thing with the 1.5 way ot 2 way. i know nismo outsources perhaps they outsource diffs to cusco.

Both Nismo and Cusco LSD can be configured either 1.5 or 2 way.
However; the Cusco is a totaly different design than the Nismo, "it is not an outsourced Nismo". The Cusco RS used coil spings to tension the clutch pack,nismo does not.

The NISMO actually is a Cusco as best I can tell.....its just the MZ version (no springs).
